Deliver and Shipping

Shipping fee: 

• Min purchase RM150 for free shipping nationwide 
• Below RM150, shipping fee peninsular: RM8 and East (Sabah & Sarawak): RM15 
• International: RM100 Shipping fee  (Brunei, Hong Kong, Thailand, Australia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippine  & South Korea) 
• International: RM60 Shipping fee (For Singapore only) 

Estimated delivery time :-
For Klang Valley, 2 – 5 working days of your order confirmation and others 3 – 7 working days on your order confirmation.

International Deliveries : 
For international countries, varies depending on countries from 15 - 25 working days on your order confirmation.

There will not be any courier services on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. Your order will arrive between Monday – Friday.

Your final and confirmed delivery charges will be shown clearly to you in the Check Out page before you proceed to EGHL gateway for payment.

Please note that due to the dynamic nature of shipping and freight, our delivery timings may be subject to change from time to time.  In any case, the delivery indicated in your Check Out page can always be taken as correct and final for any completed transaction.

ZAXY.MY requires a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods is passed on to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that a signature by the recipient (or any recipient at that delivery address) as evidence of delivery and order fulfilment by ZAXY.MY and accept the transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible upon receipt order and payment. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, ZAXY.MY is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Our third party shipping company is Ninja Van for local deliveries and FedEx for international deliveries.
